Hi Sue. Just wanted to send a couple pics of Ripley. It’s hard to believe he’s 4 months already. We get asked all the time what kind of dog is he. Also everyone comments on how he’s such a happy puppy. He’s very outgoing. He’s perfect and we are so happy to have him 😊

Hi Sue. I hope you are well. We are doing great including Miss Annie. She is a handful. So much for the couch potatoe idea. She is a little pistol! Great vet checkup and all is well. Hope her brothers and sisters are doing well. Here are a few pics. She visited my boat, loves the back yard and been practicing zooming

We are definitely hooked on Tibetan Terriers. He’s such a good companion, I’m loving having a little boy too.

I love it when I get emails from people who have more than one of my dogs and years later still love them!
Sue,
I hope my email finds you well. I have been meaning to send you pictures of our “Twin” brothers, that we purchased from you seven years ago. They have brought so much joy into our home, and I wanted you to see them in action!
Thank you again for this gift!
All the best,
MaryGrace Gudis

Hi Sue,
It has been an interesting time since we have gotten our little friend Bernie. As you know we live in St. Augustine, unfortunately our home was inundated by the intra-coastal waterway during Hurricane Matthew. We had several inches of water in our home, and lost countless items and a good deal of our home had to be re-built. We had evacuated with Bernie a few days earlier, so we were all OK.
Now it is three months later, our home is almost rebuilt, we expect to move back in within a week. Bernie has been a Godsend to us during this difficult time, as he is always happy. He ‘prances’ & hops to our delight. He is the best thing that has happened to us this year. Here is a recent photo of Bernie in motion.
We had him ‘neutered’ a few weeks ago, and he is doing great. I can send you the documentation if you like.
Thank you & Happy New Year,
RONALD MINTZ

Sue,
We cannot express how much we love Penny since she joined our family 8 months ago! She is cuddly, playful, athletic, sweet, smart -- everywhere we go, people stop us to ask what kind of dog she is and tell us how beautiful she is. Thank you so much for this little treasure in our family! -Fiore family

Future show boy
Hi Susan, Just a quick note to wish you Happy Holidays and give you a small update on my Tibetan, Marty. He’s a JEWEL. You were SO right about his temperament. I’ve never owned such a wonderful dog. We spend a lot of time together. He suffers only from being the most popular dog in the “park”. He barely barks, never pouts, is very obedient, caters to our moods around here and embodies the cliché “man’s best friend”. I have a handler/trainer that shows Marty. He’s been in a number of shows and does better each show. Justin, our handler, believes the little guy is going to go quite far in the ring. His first major show (I think it’s called a “bench” show) will happen early next year in SF at the Cow Palace. Marty attends handler classes with his handler every Tuesday. His “spooked” issues are diminishing and , I believe, he’s having lots of fun “playing” in the ring. Justin feels his coat needs to grow out a bit more so that he will look even more showy. We’ve yet to see a dog like him in the shows. The handler says his confirmation is perfect. We did , initially, have some issues with him applying his “brakes” (LOL) in the ring, stopping to smell another dog’s urine in the ring, or “crouching” when spooked by odd things he had never noticed. Of course, the rolling over on his back was also a “show stopper”! We’ve always been very careful to encourage his behavior and reward him with treats and praise. He’s never been struck; on really rare occasion been hollered at (should he run into the street or something like that). What a treasure you have allowed me to own. Susan, thank you so much. He is making a difference in my life and my family’s life. All my best, howard

Hi Sue, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that our new little puppy is doing great. She is so adorable and is getting so much attention. She was (as you warned us) a little cautious at first, but has quickly warmed up. She loves our little cat Gilligan and he seems to like her too which is nice. She is growing more comfortable and confident every day. We put a towel down by her night time kennel and she decided that she needs to carry it around with her everywhere...like a baby with a blanket. It's too funny! She is doing very well on the leash. Although we have a fenced in yard, we like to take her on the extension leash just to be safe and for her to get used to being on the leash. At first she played her game of not wanting to following but I found that if I turn away and don't look at her, she then follows with no problem. Potty training is coming along. I took her out for about 20-25 minutes and she didn't do anything and then of course, when I took her inside, she promptly went on the floor:-) Oh well, the next time I took her out she did go and I praised her lavishly and she was quite happy with her success. She is eating well and seems to be adjusting to her new space and is busy exploring. Just wanted to say thanks for such a sweet puppy. She just has such a sweet personality and we couldn't be happier. I will forward some pictures over the weekend or early next week. Take care, Shawn
